Framestore: a world leader in its field, and yet deeply modest by nature. This was the challenge faced upon taking the reins on the company's various social channels in May 2015. An initial audit uncovered the usage patterns and tendencies surrounding the existing Facebook, Twitter and YouTube channels; bolstered by the addition of Instagram, the full set have continued to flourish, with a revised tone of voice, global content management delegations, and a a focus on shining from the inside, out.
